How long will it take to receive my item? TOP

Many of my items are custom-made to your specifications. Beaded jewelry will usually be made and shipped to you within the week, based on availability of the beads required. Knit and crochet items may take up to two weeks, depending on the complexity of the product involved. If an item is specified as "in stock" and "pre made", it will be shipped out to you within the following two business days after payment is received and confirmed.

I buy all of my beads from trusted, qualified bead stores on the internet and most often from the many fine bead stores that are available in my area! Check out my Links page for some of personal favorites!

What is your return policy? TOP

If you are not happy with your purchase, I offer a seven day money-back Guarantee.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please call or email me within 7 days to get approval before mailing back merchandise. When you contact me, I will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number should be shown clearly on the outside of the package when you return it. For full refund, I must receive the item back from you within 15 days of the date on your original delivery confirmation receipt.

Custom knit and crochet items are non-refundable. 

If your item arrives to you damaged, you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt of your item in order to obtain full reimbursement for your return (shipping not included).

All item(s) must be returned in new condition in the same (or an equivalent) shipping container as you received. Item(s) must be as well padded and protected as you received them. Please insure and trace the item when returning; failure to do so could waive your rights to a refund (if the item is lost or damaged during the return).
