How soon can I expect to see results? TOP

Most see results in about a week. Optimal results occur in about 30 days, but you may still want to continue to treat as it may be an ongoing problem.

Can I pay by personal check? TOP

The answer is yes and no. No we don't take personal checks via mail, but you can pay by e-check after you set up a free account with Paypal. Paypal is very secure and you can input your checking account information there and they will send us payment for your product. This also cuts down the time you have to wait for your product as well. With an e check you will have to wait a few days for your check to clear through paypal. If you were to send a personal check, you would have to wait for us to receive it, then for it to clear through our bank.

Here is how to set up a paypal account to pay via e-check or other method:

3. Select your country or region.
4. Choose the account type you want, and then click Get Started.

What is in Essence? TOP

The main ingredients are:

Lactobacillus acidophilus   50%*
Bifidobacterium lactis      40%*
Bifidobacterium longum     10%*

Other Ingredients: Potato Starch, Cellulose (capsule), Cellulose, Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source). Contains milk derivatives.

Is the product all natural? TOP
Yes. Essence is made from only the finest, all-natural ingredients. It is the strongest pro-biotic based feminine odor supplement on the market which has been shown to combat feminine odor. It is perfectly safe to take.

What is the recommended dosage? TOP

One capsule a day with or without food. For optimal results you must take everyday, please don't skip a dose. For best results store product in the refridgerator. Although this isn't necessary, it does help maintain it's fullest potency.

Delivery confirmation says item says delivered, but I can't locate the product? TOP

We understand how frustrating it can be to not something you have paid for. We rely on the USPS to give us accurate informaion. If your status says it's been delivered and you still can't locate it, please contact the USPS and give them your tracking # and they can help you: 1-800-222-1811. Please understand that when it shows us the item has been delivered we consider it so and are longer responsible, but would be happy to call and try to help locate your product if you'd like.

Do you ship outside the United States? TOP

Yes. We ship to Canada and Puerto Rico, other countries just email us and ask. The minimum order for out of country purchases is a 3 month's supply at $59.95. Also, because we have no control over other country's postal systems, shipping is at the sole risk of the buyer. We can verify order has shipped, but we cannot guarantee arrival.

What is your return policy? TOP

We are confident that Madam Essentials only sells quality health supplements. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return Essence for a full refund less the shipping and handling costs. All returns must be made within 30 days of you receiving the product. First, send us an email with your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return to madamessentials@gmail.com.
