Divas N Dudes Salon Policies
Appointments: Please arrive on time for your appointment, to ensure your service runs as smooth as possible. As much as we would like we can’t guarantee services for late arrivals.
Haircuts: Please check the haircut before leaving. Once haircut is complete, changes in length and/or style will be additional charge.
Cancellation: We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Spa Packages, Manicures, and Pedicures: A 50% deposit is required if your booking a Spa Package such as Dazzling Diva, Party Diva, Pampered Diva, Diva For a Day, Manicure, and Pedicure. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. If notification is not received you will loose your deposit, and it is not refundable.
Birthday Parties: Are always welcome for the best service please schedule your party as far in advance as possible to ensure all needs and requests are accommodated. We require a $100.00 deposit at time of scheduling. We only reschedule parties, no refunds.
RE-DO Policy: Re-Do’s are welcome within 3 days of the service. Our primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
Gratuity: Is not included in the price of services, but is greatly appreciated.
Payments: Most major credit cards are accepted, or cash.
Prices: Are subject to change.
Children: We are not responsible for any injuries when the child is not with a stylist.
**We here at Divas-n-Dudes strive to give you the up most care and attention. So please be courteous of others as well as the staff.
If you know that your child is sick and contagious, please do not bring your child in for a haircut. We know time is of the essence, but please be respectful of other clients as well as the staff.
