Appointments:We
encourage everyone to make appointments so we can better prepare for all your
service needs. Feel free to request a stylist you prefer.
Haircuts: Please check the haircut before leaving. Once haircut is complete,
changes in length and/or style will be additional charge.
Cancellation:We
ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep
your appointment.
Spa
Packages, Manicures, and Pedicures:A 50% deposit is required if your booking a Spa
Package such as Dazzling Diva, Party Diva, Pampered Diva, Diva For a Day,
Manicure, and Pedicure. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required. Any cancellation less than 48 hours the 50% deposit will not be refunded for scheduling damages. We do understand that each situation is different we will do our best to take all circumstances into consideration and will review them for each client.
Birthday
Parties:Please schedule your party as far in advance as
possible to ensure all needs and requests are accommodated. We require a $75.00
deposit at time of scheduling. We only reschedule parties, no refunds.
RE-DO
Policy:Re-Do’s are welcome within 3 days of the service. Please check the haircut before leaving. Once haircut is complete, changes in length or style will be additional charge. Our
primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
Gratuity:
Is not included in the price of services, but
is greatly appreciated.
Payments: Visa, Master Card, Discover and Cash (Sorry we do not take American Express or Check as form of payment)

Children:We
are not responsible for any injuries when the child is not with a stylist.
