FAQ's

How and when will I receive my items? TOP
Upon completion of the payment process, your items will be available for INSTANT DOWNLOAD!
IMPORTANT: You will have THREE DAYS (72 hours) to download your order before the links will expire. Once the links expire, you will no longer be able to download your purchase.
After payment is complete, please be patient as you are AUTOMATICALLY REDIRECTED from Paypal to a page where your completed payment will be confirmed and you can click on COMPLETE ORDER to receive your download links. You will also receive an email that includes a copy of your links, at the email address you provided at the time of checkout. It is important that you provide a valid email address where you have access to retrieving your download links. Please check your spam folder for any misdirected emails if you do not receive this email within a timely manner, as the email should be delivered within several minutes of completing your purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Items with customization will be delivered in 48 hours to the valid email address provided during the checkout process. Please see the Custom Services category and specific product info for more details about this process. My links have expired... how do I get to my order? TOP
All download links expire in THREE DAYS (72 hours) after purchase. It is noted several times throughout my website and throughout the checkout process to expect the links to expire at that time. Please download your items AS SOON AS POSSIBLE within this timeframe so that you do not allow your links to expire. Once your links expire, your items will no longer be available for download. It is important that you note where you have downloaded and saved your files on your computer so that you may easily recall them when needed. It is also a good practice to save a backup copy on disc in case you run into any computer problems and you lose your files. Again, I will stress the importance of downloading your files within 72 hours of checkout so that you do not allow your purchase to expire. Please contact me if you have further questions about your order. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
At this time, I accept payment through Paypal only. NO eChecks. Do you accept returns or exchanges? TOP Due to the digital nature of the items I sell, I do not offer a return or exchange policy. I forgot to enter my coupon code at checkout! Can I get a refund? TOP
Coupons are offered as a courtesy to my customers. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the coupon code at checkout in order to receive their discount, similar to having to surrender a coupon at the time of purchase in a retail store. (ie.,You will not receive the discount if you do not bring the coupon with you to the store and surrender it at the time of purchase.) Be sure when entering a coupon code, you click "recalculate" to reflect your discount in the price of your order. Refunds will not be given for the amount of the discount not applied to your order, so PLEASE be sure to use your coupons at the appropriate place during the checkout process. Coupons will always be posted on my store homepage and occasionally offered exclusively to mailing list customers, so be sure to subscribe to my mailing list! What is HTML and what does it mean? TOP
HTML, or "Hypertext Markup Language", is a computer language that consists of sets of symbols or codes (called tags) that are inserted in a document file intended to control the way it is displayed by a web browser.
The document files you receive will be a combination of letters, numbers and symbols, and will not display graphically until you insert it into your auction listing properly. Templates are color coded for easy editing and the detailed instructions will help guide you easily through the process of using your template. I am not familiar HTML, can I still use your templates? TOP Absolutely! Anyone can easily use one of my custom templates since there is no HTML knowledge or experience required! If you can copy and paste, you can use my templates! Instructions are detailed and walk you through the process of using the template step-by-step. I am always available for any further assistance. What is your default document format for auction templates and instructions? TOP
Links to your documents are delivered in both Word and Works format, so you will receive two files for every template purchased. Simply click the link that is in the format you prefer to use. A link to my Auction Template Instructions can always be located in my store on the left navigation menu. Do you offer custom designs? TOP
At this time I am not currently offering custom designs. Do you offer web site design? TOP
I am not currently offering web site design, but hope to in the future, as well as other products that I have found my customers have a need for. So, save me in your favorites and check back often to see what's new at Blessed by Designs! How many times can I use my template and for how long? TOP
You can use the template for as many auctions as you would like under the single eBay ID which you used to make your purchase for as long as you would like. There is no expiration date on the templates. I will host the template graphics for you indefinitely. Can I host my own template images? TOP
I will host all of the template graphics for you indefinitely, as I do not offer distribution of these copyrighted images. You, however, will be responsible for hosting your own product photos. Will I be required to unzip document files? TOP
No, you will not need to unzip any files. Each download link contains a single document file. What photo host do you recommend for hosting my product photos? TOP
I recommend Photobucket at http://www.photobucket.com for hosting your product photos... and best of all, they have a FREE account option! How many pictures can I include in my auction template? TOP
You can include an unlimited amount of photos in your auction template, which means no more pay-per-picture fees! Instructions include detailed information about how to successfully add multiple photos to your template. Some third-party hosting services may limit the amount of photos you can insert if they are hosting your template for you, however the use of a host for your template is optional and not required for use. What is the recommended photo size for best results with my template? TOP
I recommend that your photos not be any larger than 500-600 pixels wide. Depending on your photo editing software, resizing a large photo by 50% or a "best for web" setting will produce a similar result. Your photos can be resized with your photo editing software prior to uploading them to your photo hosting account. Once your photos have been properly resized, follow instructions rovided by your photo hosting service to upload and store your photos prior to using them with your template. Please note that some photo hosts offer resizing capabilities within your account, such as Photobucket, so you may simply resize them automatically as you are uploading them. Please check your host account help tutorials for more information or to see if this service is available.
I am often asked why my templates are so wide once listed and require 'scrolling' over to view the entire template. This is most often due to the size of your product photo being too large. Try reducing the size of your photo to no larger than 500-600 pixels wide as described above. Please note that you may still have a small amount of scrolling if you have your left navigation menu (eBay store categories) active within your auction listings. Please check your eBay settings or eBay Help menu for further information if you would like to turn off your left navigation within your auctions. Do your auction templates include the photo and border shown in the listing? TOP
The 'sample photo' shown in each auction is for demonstration purposes only and is not included with the template. My templates do not include a border around your product photos. I do not include a photo border since many of my customers prefer to use their own photo editing software to add their own borders and digiframes to their photos. You may use your own photo editing software to add borders to your photos prior to uploading them to your hosting service. Be sure to check out the editing features that Photobucket provides such as borders, stickers and more! I can also create a digi frame to match any of my auction templates for an additional cost. Do your auction templates include a 'no-right-click' script to protect my pictures? TOP
Yes, my templates do include a no-right-click script that protects the images within the template, but not outside of allowable perimeters in order to be compliant to eBay policy. Please note that it is important that you use the DIRECT LINK for your photos as explained in detail in my auction template instructions so that your photos are not linkable to your photo hosting account. Please refer to the auction template instructions for more information. What other products do you offer besides auction templates? TOP
I am just beginning to branch out with my business to a website, so it's going to be a process, but I hope to be offering more designs here very soon, so keep an eye out for new products! You will now find Bottle Cap Graphics as a new addition to my store! More items are coming soon!
I am not currently offering web design, but hope to in the future, as well as other products that I have found my customers have a need for. So, save me in your favorites and check back often to see what's new at Blessed by Designs! Do you offer installation of templates to third-party hosting services, such as Auctiva, Inkfrog, SSB, etc.? TOP
Sorry, I do not offer assistance installing or using my templates with third-party hosting services, since it is not necessary to have a host to use my templates. But, you certainly may use them if you'd like. Some paid hosts will install your auction template for you at no charge, and some free hosts will allow you to upload your custom template yourself. You must have your own general working knowledge of your hosting service and how to install custom templates, as this is not a service I provide.
I will stress that it is important for you to save a BACKUP copy of your template even if you have installed it into a third-party hosting service. If you ever close your account with that host, your template will be deleted and you will not be able to recover the lost files. For this reason, it is my commitment to deliver the product to the CUSTOMER, not to the hosting service. Are your templates compatible with Mac computers? TOP
There is a KNOWN GLITCH with eBay's "Sell Your Item Form" (SYIF) and Mac computers which does not allow you to view the HTML tab in the description box within the SYIF, which is where you will insert your template code. If you cannot view the HTML tab, you should be able to successfully use your template by accessing eBay through another web browser such as Mozilla Firefox, which is free for download. Please contact eBay or Mac for any further assistance with this issue. OH NO! I accidentally deleted my template files from my computer, Can you replace them? TOP
Please let me take this opportunity to stress the IMPORTANCE of saving your templates to a Backup CD, every time you order, even if you upload them to a third party host. This ensures that if at any time your template documents are accidentally deleted or you cancel your host account, you still have a copy of them. This is a good standard practice with all of your computer documents. If I am able to recover a receipt for your purchase WITHIN A 30 DAY PERIOD from date of purchase, I will be glad to replace your order(s). Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee replacement of these files, so PLEASE backup your template files!
